Board Activity
We haven’t posted board minutes in a while, but your board has been meeting regularly and has been quite busy dealing with storm cleanup and a large number of contacts, problem reports, and property change requests through this web site. The forms on this site are always your best means of contacting the board.

Report on Homeowners’ Meeting
Our annual meeting was held on January 17. A quorum was present or represented. Two board members were re-elected to new terms and two new board members were elected. Teryl Chala Gentry was thanked for her service on the board. The 2017 budget was approved. Questions were answered regarding tree debris clean up and other HOA matters. Our annual homeowners meeting is upon us! Tuesday, January 17 at 7 p.m. at Valley Covenant Church, 3636 W. 18th (18th & Bailey Hill). We need every homeowner to attend to elect new board members and approve the 2017 budget.
If you cannot attend, you may request a form for proxy vote (by another homeowner) through the contact page on this web site.
Board Nominations Needed!
Our annual homeowners’ meeting is next week Tuesday, January 17. We really need one or two nominations for our board of directors! Please use our contact form to nominate someone (you can even nominate yourself). Your nominating committee, Jeanette Hurley, Bob Livak, and Barry Stenberg, will consider all nominations and present a ballot to the meeting.
Winter Newsletter/Annual Meeting
Our annual homeowner’s association meeting is set for Tuesday, January 17 at 7 p.m. at Valley Covenant Church, 3636 W. 18th Ave. Homeowners attending will receive a chance (1 per house) to win dues paid for 2017. We need nominations for the board elections. Please use the contact form on the web site.
