Annual Dues for 2026 have been set at $220 and can be paid in 3 ways:

1. Payment can be made by mailing a check for $220 to Somerset Hills VIII HOA (indicate your home address on check), 1500 Valley River Dr. STE 250, Eugene OR 97401
2. You can pay by credit card by following the the link below and entering your billing invoice # on the payment screen.

3.  Scan the QR code below, which will take you to the payment link where you need to enter your invoice #. If you have lost your billing invoice #  or do not know your billing invoice #, use our board contact form and we will provide you with your current invoice #’s.

MidState will sweep our private streets on December 1. If you can avoid parking on the street that day, it is helpful for facilitating a complete sweep. As a reminder the city does not pick up piled leaves on our private roads. Please use your recycle yard debris bins for large piles of leaves.
